Israeli authorities have planned to waive the "blue" tax amount it receives from the Palestinian Authority "PA" and which is estimated by 200 million shekels per month for fear of its collapse, Israeli' Hayom daily newspaper revealed on Thursday.
According to the newspaper, the idea has been suggested in the wake of the refusal of Palestinian Authority's President Mahmoud Abbas to receive the deducted tax revenue payment from Israel.
Israel had previously alleged that it deducted the amounts of prisoners' and martyrs' salaries that go to their families, claiming those amounts go to families of terrorists.
