Gaza post At the demand of the State of Palestine and with the help of a number of Arab states, the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States declared that an extraordinary session of the League of Arab States Council at the level of permanent delegates will be held on Monday in the presence of the General Secretariat headquarters, headed by Qatar, the current president of the League's Council, in the presence of the General Secretariat headquarters, headed by Qatar, the current president of the League's Council. The aim of the meeting is to discuss Israeli crimes and attacks in occupied Jerusalem, Islamic and Christian sanctuaries, particularly the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque and the attack on worshipers during the blessed month of Ramadan, as well as the brutal attacks and plans to seize Jerusalemites' homes, particularly in the Sheikh Jarrah neighborhood, in an attempt to depopulate the region. The meeting will address the severity of the violent attacks on worshipers at Al-Aqsa Mosque as part of an Israeli systematic strategy of Judaizing Jerusalem and changing the current legal and historical status of the city and its shelters, according to Arab League Assistant Secretary-General Hussam Zaki.
