Prisoner from Nablus enters his 18th year in occupation prisons
Jerusalemate Foundation Mehjeh Al-Quds for Martyrs, Prisoners and the Wounded reported on Thursday that the captive Tamim Numan Tamim Salem, 38 years old, from the Barzariyya village in the Nablus governorate in the northern West Bank had ended seventeen years in a row in Israeli jails and he enters his eighteenth year in a row today.
Mehjeh Al-Quds announced that Israeli occupation forces arrested him on 05/06/2004. The Israeli court sentenced him to the actual imprisonment of (22) years. On charges of belonging to the Islamic Jihad Movement and participating in acts of resistance against the Israeli occupation forces. It is noteworthy that the prisoner Tamim Salem was born on 08/19/1983. Moreover, he is currently in the Negev desert prison.
