A number of citizens were injured and bruised on Saturday, as a result of attacks by settlers in Masafer Watta south of Hebron.

The Coordinator of the Committee for Protection and Resilience of the Yatta, south of Hebron Fouad al-Amur, said that the settlers of "Hafat Maon," attacked the homes of the citizens of the two villages and threw stones at them, injuring and bruising a number of them.

He added that: the occupation forces guarding the settlers had fired sound bombs and tear gas at the citizens, causing a number of them to become asphyxiated.

It should be pointed out that the citizens of the poor villages of Al-Tawana face extremely difficult conditions, owing to the constant attacks by the occupation army and settlers against them.
