A member of the political bureau of the Democratic Front for the Liberation of Palestine and a candidate of the List of Democratic Change, Mohammad Duecat, were shot in the leg by Israeli occupation forces immediately after the occupation suppressed the march of the Beit Djinn village east of Nablus.

According to a Gaza Post reporter, the occupation forces fired live and metal rubber-coated bullets, sound bombs and heavily tear gas at the participants in the march, injuring three of them with metal bullets and dozens of them with asphyxiation.

It should be noted that this week the march was organized for the occasion of Palestinian Prisoner's Day, called for by the People's Committee for the Defence of Land under Threat of Takeover and National Action Factions, and proceeded from the front of the village mosque towards settlement-threatened territory east of the village, after which clashes with the occupation forces broke out.
