Prisoner from Jenin entering his 19th year in Israeli jails

The prisoner Muhammad Abdul Rahim Jaradat, 42, from Silat al-Harithiya town, west of Jenin city, entered the West Bank, on Saturday, his nineteenth year in the Israeli jails.

Montaser Sammour, director of the prisoner club in Jenin city, stated in a press statement carried by WAFA, that the prisoner Jaradat is sentenced to 20 years imprisonment.

It is noteworthy that, by the end of December 2020, the number of Palestinian prisoners and detainees in the occupation prisons reached about (4400) prisoners, of whom (40) were female prisoners, while the number of children and minors in the occupation prisons reached about (170) children, and the number of administrative detainees reached About (380) detainees, while the number of martyrs among prisoners reached (226) martyrs, and four prisoners passed away in the occupation prisons during the past year, and they are: (Nour al-Din al-Barghouti, Saadi al-Gharabli, Dawood al-Khatib, Kamal Abu Wa'er, and Dawood al-Khatib).
