The occupation prisons administration transferred the prisoner, Abd al-Muizz Dhib al-Ja`bah (59 years) from Hebron, to the hospital due to his infection with the coronavirus.

The Prisoner Club said, in a statement, on Saturday, that the prisoner of al-Ja`bah, who has been sentenced to life imprisonment for 20 years, and who has been in detention since 2004, is one of the sick prisoners in the occupation prisons and suffers from chronic diseases (diabetes, pressure and severe heart problems) and several years before he was exposed for a stroke.

It is noteworthy that the prisoner al-Ja`bah, a father of two children, was declared infected with the virus several days ago in Raymond prison, which is witnessing an increase in the number of prisoners infected with the virus.

He is the second prisoner to be transferred to hospital due to infection with the coronavirus. Basil Ajaj was previously transferred from Tulkarm to the hospital, and he is still in intensive care at Soroka Hospital.
